Tristina M. Surine, 46, Fort Wayne, died at 7:31 a.m. Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at AMG Specialty Hospital, Muncie.

She was born Dec. 27, 1976.

She is survived by her two sons, Devin (Kalah) Surine and Alex Surine, both of Fort Wayne; her father, Thomas Eakright, Wabash; one brother, Phillip (Ashley) Eakright, Wabash; three nieces; and her companion, Kevin Mills, Fort Wayne.

McDonald Funeral Homes, LaFontaine, is handling arrangements.
