Randall J. Elliott, 69, rural Columbia City, died Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at home.

He was born Jan. 5, 1954. On Sept. 12, 1987, he married Angela L. Noll, who survives.

He also is survived by a sister, Roberta (Tom) Jackson, Indianapolis; a brother, Robert Elliott, Larwill; two nieces; a great-niece; and many in-laws.

Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City, is handling arrangements.
