WARSAW — Salvatori’s Authentic Italian Eatery is officially open in Warsaw.
The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce had a ribbon-cutting for the restaurant located at 3605 Commerce Drive, on Friday, May 19.
That follows the restaurant having a soft opening on Wednesday, May 17.
Jeremy McClain, who co-owns Salvatori’s along with Panos and Stephanie Bourounis and Alex Valdez, said the business has received “a warm reception from not only the (Kosciusko) Chamber (of Commerce) … but also the line at the door of guests waiting to dine with us just is such a wonderful feeling.”
The restaurant “feature(s) Northern Sicilian Italian-style cuisine,” said McClain. “We have a range of menu items from tossed pastas to baked pastas to pizzas, calzones. We do some signature salads. We have some great appetizers.”
McClain mentioned the restaurant’s “No. 1 seller” is its spaghetti supreme.
“And so we take spaghetti, and if you’re thinking of like a supreme pizza, and then we layer it with a blanket of cheese and bake it in the oven, and it’s far and away our top seller,” he said.
The full menu is available at salvatorisitalian.com.
Online ordering should be available by visiting that website “in the next seven to 10 days,” said McClain, and the restaurant should be partnering with DoorDash for delivery “in early June, mid-June.”
The restaurant is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and Sunday and 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
“We hope that our guests come in and have a remarkable experience,” McClain said.

A small line of people had gathered ahead of the restaurant’s 11 a.m. opening Friday.
