WARSAW — Eighteen people were recently arrested on drug-related charges following an operation by the Kosciusko County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET 43).

The individuals were arrested during the overnight hours of Wednesday, May 10, and Thursday, May 11, after several months of covert surveillance and undercover operations.

Arrested were:

• Nathaniel Phillip Trott, 29, Leesburg
  Charges: dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, dealing a narcotic drug, and possession of a narcotic drug
• Bradley Victor Waikel, 33, Syracuse
  Charges: possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of paraphernalia – enhancement
• Naquan Rasheed Williams, 21, Warsaw
  Charges: dealing a narcotic drug and possession of a narcotic drug
• Anthony Lee Washington, 54, Silver Lake
  Charges: two counts of dealing methamphetamine, two counts of possession of methamphetamine, and two counts of possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances
• Morgan Marie Shepherd, 28, Warsaw
  Charges: two counts of dealing methamphetamine, two counts of possession of methamphetamine, two counts of dealing a narcotic drug, and two counts of possession of a narcotic drug
• Todd Henry Shumaker, 38, Warsaw
  Charges: dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, dealing a narcotic drug, and possession of a narcotic drug
• Nicholas Andrew Irvine, 30, Warsaw
  Charges: two counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a syringe, dealing methamphetamine, dealing a narcotic drug, and possession of a narcotic drug
• Garland John Goble, 51, Warsaw
  Charges: possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of paraphernalia with a sentence enhancement
• Mark Edward Young, 63, Warsaw
  Charges: possession of a narcotic drug, maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of paraphernalia
• Carol L. Smith, 69, Pierceton
  Charge: dealing a narcotic drug
• Sabrina Danielle Smith, 44, Pierceton
  Charge: aiding, inducing or causing dealing in a narcotic drug
• Amy Jo Mullins, 36, Mentone
  Charges: possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, operating while intoxicated with a minor passenger in the vehicle, operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana with a prior conviction
• Kenneth R. Stanton, 52, Milford
  Charges: possession of methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement, driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, and two counts of possession of paraphernalia
• Marisa L. Dials, 43, Silver Lake
  Charges: possession of methamphetamine, possession of a syringe, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia
• Sasha L. Hollett, 35, Etna Green
  Charges: possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia
• Jason Andrew Ratliff, 38, Warsaw
  Charges: possession of methamphetamine, driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana with a prior conviction
• Allie Michelle Green, 32, North Manchester
  Charges: possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, possession of a narcotic drug with enhancing circumstances, possession of a syringe, and maintaining a common nuisance

  Charges: two counts of dealing cocaine and two counts of possession of cocaine
• Travis Lee Harding, 39, Silver Lake
  Charges: two counts of dealing methamphetamine and two counts of possession of methamphetamine
• Lisa Ann Withers, 43, Warsaw
  Charges: dealing a narcotic drug, possession of a narcotic drug, and maintaining a common nuisance
• Jeremy Steven Young, 42, Silver Lake
  Charges: two counts of dealing methamphetamine and two counts of possession of methamphetamine
• Jinniffer Ann Miller, 36, Warsaw
  Charge: possession of methamphetamine
• Aubree L. Knepp, 33, Mulberry
  Charge: possession of methamphetamine
• Timothy Ryan Thompson, 46, Warsaw
  Charges: dealing methamphetamine, two counts of possession of methamphetamine, and two counts of possession of paraphernalia
• Martin Charles Mulder Jr., 38, Pierceton
  Charges: two counts of dealing a narcotic drug and two counts of possession of a narcotic drug
• Austin L. Sidwell, 22, Elkhart
  Charges: dealing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine
• James Michael Wright, 35, Osceola
  Charges: two counts of dealing methamphetamine and two counts of possession of methamphetamine
• Bruce Edward Yeazel, 34, Etna Green
  Charges: dealing a narcotic drug and possession of a narcotic drug
• Jeffery Lee Owsley, 30, Mishawaka
  Charges: possession of methamphetamine, possession of a syringe, and driving while suspended
• Sarah Elisabeth Smith, 27, Claypool
  Charge: unlawful possession of a legend drug – probation violation
• Johnny Eugene Hall, 50, Cromwell
  Charges: operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic offender and possession of methamphetamine

The defendants’ charges/arrests are merely accusations and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

NET 43 is a collaborative law enforcement unit, consisting of officers from the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office, Warsaw Police Department, Winona Lake Police Department, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Nappanee Police Department, Indiana State Police, Claypool Police Department, and Mentone Police Department.
