Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 2:31 p.m. Friday, May 5, South CR 450W, south of West CR 350S, Warsaw. Driver: James J. Poyser, 48, South Harrison Street, Atwood. Poyser’s vehicle left the roadway and hit a metal post. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 12:42 p.m. Friday, May 5, North Lake Street, north of North Columbia Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Angela J. Hochstetler, 23, West CR 850N, Etna Green; and Merla M. Ousley, 70, Rivercrest Drive, Warsaw. Hochstetler did not see Ousley’s vehicle traveling north on North Lake Street and Hochstetler pulled into Ousley’s path of travel. Hochstetler complained of back and leg pain. Ousley complained of left wrist, arm, chest and ankle pain. Both Hochstetler and Ousley were taken to Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital. Damage up to $10,000.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 12:53 p.m. Thursday, May 4, 5408 S. SR 25, Rochester. Drivers: Hannah E. Wilson, 17, Rochester; and Patty L. Shafer, 75, Fulton. One of the drivers involved sustained head injuries. No further information available.
