FULTON COUNTY — Spencer Bach, 25, North Manchester and Tiffanie Marley, 27, Plymouth, died in a single vehicle crash in Fulton County Wednesday, May 3. The crash was in the area of 6492 W. Olson Road.

Deputies with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched at approximately 6:07 p.m. When deputies arrived, they observed a single vehicle off the north side of the roadway that appeared to have struck a tree.

Preliminary investigation by Fulton County Sheriff’s officers found a silver 2013 Nissan Altima, driven by Bach, was traveling west on Olson Road and left the roadway for an unknown reason and struck a tree.

Bach was pronounced deceased at the scene despite life saving measures provided by responding agencies.

Marley, a front seat passenger, was deceased upon arrival of emergency personnel.

Neither Bach or Marley were wearing seatbelts. Speed is believed to be a factor in the accident.

The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by Aubbeenaubbee Fire, Rochester Fire, Lutheran EMS, Samaritan, Indiana State Police, and the Fulton County Coroner’s Office.
