WARSAW — A Warsaw woman was recently arrested after allegedly threatening to kill two people and battering a man.
Eden Racquel Pruitt, 22, 4625 N. 100E, Warsaw, is charged with intimidation, a level 6 felony; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.
On March 1, a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to a battery report at a Warsaw residence. Upon arrival, a witness said Pruitt hit a man and was causing damage to the home.
According to court documents, Pruitt hit the man several times with a closed fist and threatened to kill him and the witness. The man said Pruitt became upset because he would not drive her somewhere. The deputy noticed the man had red markings on the upper left side of his chest.
While the deputy was interviewing the man and witness, Pruitt walked out of the residence and made verbal threats. Medical personnel were called to the scene to care for Pruitt, who had a piece of glass in her right foot.
Pruitt continued to act aggressively and make  threats.
Pruitt was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on April 23.
