AKRON — Akron and Mentone elementary schools will hold kindergarten registration for the 2023-24 school year at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21.

Akron’s registration will take place in the cafeteria. Mentone’s registration will be in the large group instruction room; people should enter through the main doors.

Students attending kindergarten during the 2023-24 school year must be 5 years old on or before Oct. 1. A birth certificate, immunization records and a valid email are required when the child is registered.

Early registration for students is critical in planning for the kindergarten program. If you have a child to be enrolled but are unable to attend registration, please contact the Akron office at (574) 598-2367 or Mentone office at (574) 598-2590.
