Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 7:16 p.m. Sunday, March 19, 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Driver: Romario L. Gomes, 28, East Levi Lee Road 203, Warsaw. Gomes hit a parked, unoccupied vehicle and left the scene. Gomes was later located and arrested for leaving the scene of an accident and operating while intoxicated. Damage up to $10,000.
• 3:19 p.m. Sunday, March 19, South SR 19, north of West CR 900S, Akron. Driver: Peter J. Foster, 72, Lincoln Street, Millersburg. Foster’s vehicle left the roadway and hit an REMC utility pole head-on. He was checked at the scene by medics for left hand pain. Damage up to $25,000.
• 12:30 a.m. Sunday, March 19, South SR 15, north of CR 700S, Claypool. Driver: Logan M. Kneller, 27, West CR 950S, Silver Lake. Kneller’s vehicle left the roadway and hit a Nipsco utility pole head-on. Damage up to $50,000.
• 5 a.m. Saturday, March 18, East US 30, east of East CR 450S, Warsaw. Drivers: Austin L. Martin, 24, East State Street, Huntington; and Cayden W. Collins, 20, North CR 700W, Andrews. Martin’s vehicle was sideswiped by Collins’, which caused Martin’s vehicle to leave the roadway before overturning multiple times and coming to a rest on its passenger’s side near a utility pole. Martin complained of neck pain. A passenger in Martin’s vehicle, Zoie B. Lavine, 21, Huntington, complained of hip pain and had to be extricated from the vehicle. A second passenger in Martin’s vehicle, Cassandra M. Moehring, 24, Huntington, complained of leg pain and also had to be extricated from the vehicle. A third passenger in Martin’s vehicle, Connor M. Small, 24, Huntington, was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. Collins left the scene and was later located at SR 114 and SR 5 by Huntington County Sheriff’s Office deputies. Collins was also arrested for leaving the scene of a fatal accident. Damage up to $25,000.
• 3:33 a.m. Saturday, March 18, North CR 175E, north of East Ridge Valley Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Kari E. Brown, 42, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Brown’s vehicle left the roadway and hit two mailboxes. Damage up to $5,000.
• 7:19 a.m. Friday, March 17, South Hunters Ridge, north of East Setter Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Scott E. Reust, 52, South Hunters Ridge, Warsaw. Reust’s vehicle hit a parked truck head-on. Damage up to $5,000.
• 7:57 a.m. Tuesday, March 14, South SR 15, north of West CR 700S, Claypool. Drivers: Jimena I. Ruiz, 17, West Wildwood Trail, Warsaw; and Shannondoah D. Strange, 47, South West Point Drive, Warsaw. Ruiz’s vehicle rear-ended Strange’s. Damage up to $10,000.
• 6:35 a.m. Tuesday, March 14, South SR 15, south of West CR 900S, Silver Lake. Driver: Mika J. Shepherd, 44, South CR 250W, Silver Lake. Shepherd’s vehicle left the roadway and hit a utility pole. He sustained facial injuries and was checked by medics at the scene. Damage up to $10,000.
• 6:13 a.m. Tuesday, March 14, South SR 15, south of West CR 600S, Claypool. Driver: Ethan I. Warren, 23, South CR 600W, Silver Lake. Warren’s vehicle left the roadway and rolled. Damage up to $5,000.
• 5:31 a.m. Tuesday, March 14, West CR 1050N, west of North CR 900W, Nappanee. Driver: David H. Gingerich, 20, North CR 1100W, Bourbon. Gingerich’s vehicle left the roadway and rolled. Damage up to $25,000.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 8:33 a.m. Wednesday, March 15, West Boston Street, east of North Hickory Street, Syracuse. Driver: Catherine J. Young, 65, EMS D24D Lane, Syracuse. A Wawasee Community Schools bus that Young was driving sideswiped a parked vehicle. Damage under $750.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 8:22 p.m. Saturday, March 18, East Main Street, east of North Maple Street, Warsaw. Driver: Kyle W. Dille, 18, North Lincoln Park, Warsaw. Dille was backing his vehicle when he hit a parked, unoccupied vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
• 6:13 p.m. Saturday, March 18, South Park Avenue, near East Market Street, Warsaw. Driver: Teresa G. Stromatt, 58, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Stromatt’s vehicle left the roadway and hit an electrical box. Damage up to $5,000.
• 11:34 p.m. Friday, March 17, 614 W. Market St., Warsaw. Driver: Robert D. Slone, 44, North Copeland Street, Warsaw. The passenger’s side door of Slone’s vehicle hit a concrete pole. Damage up to $2,500.
• 5:56 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Drivers: Trayveon M. Kimble, 28, West Hoppus Road, Warsaw; and Brady A. Russell, 17, East Oldfield Drive, Leesburg. Kimble was backing his vehicle from a parking space when he hit Russell’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
• 11:12 a.m. Friday, March 17, East CR 250N, west of Rainbow Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Marcas D. Sadler, 44, East Harvest Ridge Lane, Warsaw; and George K. Couwenhoven, 91, EMS D21C Lane, Syracuse. Sadler’s vehicle rear-ended Couwenhoven’s. Damage up to $10,000.
