From left are Caston High School students Cassidy Vinson, Ely Blacketor, Blake Oberg and Amanda Evers, presenting “Curfew,” an online app providing “buddies” for college students walking on campus between 9 p.m. and 3 a.m. The app was inspired by an actual Ball State student plagued by a stalker ex-boyfriend.
