The Town Council of Syracuse, Indiana, will conduct a public hearing on a request for waiver of noncompliance filed by QES Realty, LLC, pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 6-1.1-12.1-11.3(5)(A) in regard to the failure to timely approve applications for deductions from real property taxes under I.C. 6-1.1-12.1-5.4. The applications for deduction apply to real property located at 1101 N. Indiana Avenue, Syracuse, Indiana. The hearing will take place April 18, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall, 310 N. Huntington Street, Syracuse, IN.
