Richard D. Cripe, 88, Syracuse, formerly of Goshen, died Friday, March 10, 2023, at Hubbard Hill Healthcare.

He was born on Sept. 30, 1934. On Easter Sunday 1959, he married Carolyn Cobb, who preceded him in death.

He is survived by two children, Douglas Cripe, Elkhart, and Jeannine (Phillip) Tom, Middlebury; four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and a brother, Robert (Betty) Cripe, Goshen.

Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, is handling arrangements.
