William E. Kehrer, Winona Lake and formally of Indianapolis, died in his residence Thursday, Feb. 23, 2023, at the age of 81.

He was born in Indianapolis, on July 7, 1941. In 1966, he married Patricia Lockamy; she survives.

Additional survivors include: two daughters, Rebecca (Tom) Haney and Sara Kehrer; four grandchildren.
