WARSAW —  A Warsaw man was taken to the hospital following a wreck near Tecomet in Warsaw on Friday, Feb. 3.

According to a Warsaw Police Department accident report, Landin D. Taylor, 31, North Parker Street, Warsaw, was transported with injuries over his entire body, including lacerations to his face and head.

The accident happened at 5:54 p.m. at 486 W. 350N. A witness said she saw Taylor, who was traveling northbound on SR 15 in a white 1998 Mercedes SL500, cross the intersection and swerve to the right, going off the roadway.

She saw Taylor’s vehicle hit a vehicle in the Tecomet parking lot, then a NIPSCO pole.

Damage is estimated at up to $25,000.
