U.S. Rep Jim Banks

WASHINGTON, D.C. — House Armed Services Committee Chairman Mike Rogers appointed Rep. Jim Banks chairman of the Subcommittee on Military Personnel.

The 118th Congress is Rep. Jim Banks’s fourth consecutive term on HASC.

“I am honored to be appointed to this important role serving our military service members and their families. As chairman of this subcommittee, exposing and dismantling the Biden administration’s woke agenda that is driving down military recruitment and retention will be my top priority,” he said. “If we want to maintain the strongest military in the world, we must ensure our troops have the resources they need for success on the battlefield and supporting their families, not for fighting the Left’s culture wars.
