Grace L. Brower, Pierceton, passed away on her 96th birthday, Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2023, at Majestic Care West.

She was born Jan. 18, 1927, in Merriam.

On Feb. 17, 1946, she married Harold L. Brower in Huntington.

Grace is survived by her daughters: Wanda (Larry) Bolint, Susan (Jim) Converse and Sandra (Matthew) Courter; 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and was expecting one more; and  seven great-great-grandchildren. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Harold Brower in 2013; son: Samuel L. Brower in 1975; brothers: Robert Gaff, Forrest Gaff and Jesse Gaff; twin sister: Gertrude Gaff; and sisters: Carol Cool, Berniece Nickerson, Velma Miller, Ruby Horton, Pearl Secrist, Ellen Puff, Geraldine “Jeri” Dailey, Alice Parker, and infant sister Marion Gaff; granddaughter: Michele Lopshire; great-grandson: Isaac Bolint; and great-granddaughter: Kayla Courter.
