James “Jim” William Sirk, 74, died at 5:45 p.m. Jan. 16, 2023, at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Indianapolis.

He was born Aug. 20, 1948.

He married Betty Woodward on May 1, 2004.

Jim is survived by his loving wife, Betty; three sons, Anthony James Sirk, Linden, Ryan William Sirk, Jalapa and Joseph Flava (Kortney) Sirk, Fort Wayne; two grandsons; one stepson, Ben Woodward, Indianapolis; two brothers, Joe Sirk, Angola and Flava (Leah) Sirk, Sweetser; and one sister, Sue Landaw, Indianapolis.

McDonald Funeral Homes, LaFontaine Chapel, Wabash, is in charge of arrangements.
