Linda Riggle — UPDATED
Linda Kay Riggle, 71, Warsaw, died Jan. 14, 2023, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
Born Feb. 19, 1951, in Wabash, she was the daughter of the late Walter E. Ihnen and Dorothy M. Ihnen. She was a CNA for much of her working life and was married to the late Samuel Riggle in November 1995; he preceded her in death in September 2019.
Linda was a natural caregiver, working in nursing homes and caring for persons with disabilities. She loved animals more than most people and also worked for the Kosciusko Animal Welfare League (in addition to volunteering there). She enjoyed garage sales, TLC television and Court TV. She also enjoyed games with friends and family.
Those who survive with memories to cherish include son, Brandon (Mardel) Taylor, Tippecanoe; four grandchildren, Courtney Taylor (Matthew Hatcher), Tippecanoe, Amberly (Jonathon) Harmon, Bourbon, Brandi Taylor and Joshua Taylor, both of Tippecanoe; six great-grandchildren, Mathias, Wyatt, Bentley, Kambree, Willow and Grayson; and siblings, Larry (Connie) Ihnen, Susan (Larry) Dockter, Richard (Janet) Ihnen and Brian (Alice) Ihnen.
Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Warsaw, is entrusted with Linda’s care. The family is planning a Celebration of Life for Jan. 28, 2023, at Grace Outreach Fellowship, 18575 SR 331, Tippecanoe.
