Lilith Ann Mahon, 13-months, died at 11:02 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9, 2023, from Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

She was born Nov. 15, 2021.

She is survived by her parents, Eric T. and Taylor A. (Lude) Mahon; older siblings, Zane, Fae and Silas Mahon; her maternal grandmother, Monica (Earl) Reed, Columbia City; and maternal grandfather, Kerry Lude, Cincinnati, Ohio.
