Pamela Leigh Stahly
Pamela Leigh Stahly of Warsaw, affectionately known by all as Pam, passed away unexpectedly at 4:01 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana at the age of 56. A loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many … she will be dearly missed.
She was born on March 22, 1966 in Warsaw, to the late Donna Marie (Lewis) Achenbach and William James Wildman, who survives. In November of 1991, she married Michael “Mike” Edward Stahly. They were blessed with two children, Taylor and Tyler, and 28 years of marriage together before Mike passed away on Dec.r 16, 2019. Pam continued to love and cherish Mike daily.
Pam was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, where she was a 1985 graduate of Warsaw High School and went on to earn her CNA certificate from Ivy Tech. She had a heart for service and worked as a home health care provider for many years. She most recently worked at Paddock Springs Assisted Living in Warsaw. Pam was tremendously giving and had a big heart for the elderly. Pam was honored to be able to live with and take care of her mom in Donna’s final year before she passed away. Pam was her angel! She adored her precious dog “Lily Bug” and her kids often said Pam loved Lily Bug as much as them.
Pam LOVED her grandchildren! Family was her life, she was tiny but mighty, anyone could go to Pam with anything, and she was always ready with a peppermint lifesaver. She had an unbelievable bond with her great nieces and nephews as she was their “Pammy-Wammy”. She was also a vital part of her neighborhood, making herself available when needed, looking after them because she loved them all. Pam enjoyed attending Warsaw Community Church. She will forever be remembered as being a true inspiration, always positive, putting the needs of others before hers, she was a real talker and hilarious with a great sense of humor! Pam was always there for her family and checking in with them daily. She was a “Teensie Tinsey Woman,” and her daily loving text “Good night, I love you and don’t forget to say your prayers” will forever be missed by her two children which is something she carried on from Mike once he passed.
She leaves behind her daughter, Taylor (Ryan Price) Stahly, son, Tyler Stahly, both of Warsaw; and three grandchildren, Addison, Callie and Jett Price. Also surviving is her father, William James Wildman, Deland, Fla.; mother and father-in-law, Dana and Jim Stahly; two sisters, Cindy (Dennis) Wildman Tucker, Warsaw, Lori (Bradley) Wildman Cone, Woodstock, Ga.: stepsiblings, Will Achenbach and DeDe Frilot; sister and brother-in-law, Shelly and Jason; several nieces, nephews, many aunts, uncles, cousins and her dog, Lily Bug.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Mike E. Stahly on Dec. 16, 2019 and her mother, Donna M. Achenbach on April 25, 2022.
