Ulises A. Argumedo De Los Santos

WARSAW — Two people from Warsaw were recently arrested after an alleged domestic incident.

Marissa Marie Antu, 24, 1100 N. Park Ave., Warsaw; and Ulises A. Argumedo De Los Santos, 26, 340 E. Levi Lee Road Lot 200, Warsaw, are each charged with domestic battery with a child under 16 present, a level 6 felony; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.

On Dec. 18, 2022, a Warsaw Police officer responded to a domestic incident. The officer spoke with De Los Santos, who said nothing physical occurred. He told the officer he and Antu had a verbal argument and that she was going to claim he was physical with her.

According to court documents, Antu and De Los Santos spit in each other’s faces. After this happened, De Los Santos allegedly took Antu down onto a bed to restrain her. Two children were in the home during the incident.

Officers then spoke with Antu, who said she and De Los Santos spit in each other’s faces. Antu told officers when De Los Santos restrained her on a bed, she pulled his hair to get him off. After De Los Santos was off of her, Antu spit in his face again before contacting law enforcement.

After officers spoke with Antu, De Los Santos said Antu pushed him after they spit on each other. De Los Santos said he called out to one of the children in the home when the incident occurred and the child saw what was taking place.

Both Antu and De Los Santos have been arrested and released on bond.
