Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

• 4:23 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11, SR 25, north of CR 400N, Rochester. Driver: Spencer H. Markley, 23, Rochester. Markley struck a deer with his vehicle.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 4:09 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9, US 30, near East Old 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Aaron J. Menzie, 38, North CR 900W, Nappanee; and Samuel J. Federico, 47, South SR 19, Akron. Menzie’s vehicle rear-ended Federico’s. Damage up to $5,000.
• 6:36 a.m. Monday, Jan. 9, East Winona Avenue, near South Lake Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Charles L. Kreider, 33, East Center Street, Warsaw; and Tyler G. Farber, 20, West Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw. Kreider continued through the East Winona Avenue and South Lake Street intersection, hitting Farber’s vehicle. Kreider then left the scene prior to law enforcement’s arrival. Damage up to $10,000.
