BLUFFTON — A statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a Bluffton woman.

The Bluffton Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Celeste Cuthbert, a 48-year-old black female.

She is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs 148 pounds and has black hair with brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and gray sweatpants.

Cuthbert was last seen at 4:45 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 1. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
