WARSAW — Kosciusko County Councilwoman Kimberly Cates, Syracuse, took her oath of office recently by Kosciusko County Superior Court 1 Judge Karin McGrath.

Cates was elected to the District 1 seat on the Kosciusko County Council in the November General Election.
