Peggy Lou Earnhart Thomas, 91, formerly of Kimmell, died peacefully at 6:15 a.m. Monday, Dec. 19, 2022, at Lake City Place, Warsaw.

She was born Aug. 14, 1931.

On April 21, 1951, she married Keith John Earnhart. He preceded her in death. On Jan. 6, 1996, she married William “Bill” Thomas. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by her two children, Randy (Cathy) Earnhart, Fort Wayne and Cindy (Roger) Niles, Syracuse; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters Pat Stangland, Albion,  Sandy (Jim)  Bills, Kendallville and Mary (Kevin) LeFever, Churubusco; and brothers Melvin Berkes, Avilla and Max (Brenda) Berkes, Albion.

Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City, is in charge of arrangements.
