Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 3:37 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 100 block EMS C28D Lane, Warsaw. Eugene T. Zale reported fraud. Value: $11,500.
- 2:35 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 100 block West School Street, Leesburg. Representatives for Leesburg Lions Club reported criminal mischief to a building.
- 10:06 a.m. Monday, Nov. 28, 200 block West Main Street, Warsaw. Ron L. Raisor reported fraud. Value: $300.
North Webster
Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, 800 block South Main Street, North Webster. Indira L. Smothers reported criminal mischief to a vehicle.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 9:55 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 300 block West Market Street, Warsaw. Emmanuel R. Alicea reported criminal mischief to a vehicle.
- 2:46 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28, 2500 block Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Glenn D. Alexander reported the theft of money. Value: $4,851.58.
Elkhart County
Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incident:

2:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28, 29000 block CR 2, Elkhart. Deputies attempted to serve a level 3 felony arrest warrant for neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury to Mark Rockrohr, 51, no town listed. Rockrohr was taken into custody after Elkhart County Regional SWAT team responded to the scene.
Fulton County
Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 7:06 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, 9000 block West CR 250S, Kewanna. Report of fraud.
- 5:56 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 100 block East Dunn Street, Fulton. Report of potential unauthorized residential entry.
- 2:44 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 600 block Jefferson Street, Rochester. Report of a physical altercation.
