GOP Caucus For Winona Lake Town Council Seat Dec. 13

WINONA LAKE – Kosciusko County Republicans have announced plans for a caucus to replace Dennis Duncan on the Winona Lake Town Council.
The town council vacancy was created after Duncan won the election to a seat on the school board for Warsaw Community Schools.
Republican Chairman Mike Ragan announced plans Sunday night to fill the town’s District 2 seat.
The caucus will convene in the Winona Lake Council Chambers, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13. Deadline to file is Dec. 10.
Candidates must reside in District 2, Winona Lake, and be a Republican in good standing, according to Ragan’s announcement.
Declarations of candidacy are available at the office of Kosciusko County Clerk of the Circuit Court, 121 North Lake St., Warsaw, and must be filed with Ragan.
Candidates will be allowed three minutes to address the voting caucus.
