Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 11:39 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, East CR 600N, east of North CR 950E, North Webster. Driver: Brandi N. Hunter, 37, East South Barbee Drive, Pierceton. Hunter looked down at her cellphone. When she looked up, she didn’t have enough time to stop and hit a guard rail. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 11:31 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 24, West CR 250N, east of North Rainbow Drive, Warsaw. Driver: William P. Ross, 34, East Center Street, Warsaw. Ross was adjusting the bass on his stereo. His vehicle went off the roadway and hit a fence. Damage up to $10,000.
• 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, U.S. 30 and Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Driver: London T. Hogue, 29, Sand Dollar Drive, Warsaw. Hogue’s vehicle collided with a deer. Damage up to $10,000.
