BLUFFTON — A statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a Bluffton man.

The Bluffton Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Jake Steffen, a 21-year-old black male. He is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing an orange plaid coat with black hood, red T-shirt, dark jeans, black shoes and black gloves.

He was last seen at 7:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
