Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

• 6:50 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14, on CR 200E, 1,500 feet south of Armstrong Road. Driver: Jade Grady, 24, EMS D Lane, Syracuse. Driver struck deer. Damage up to $5,000.
• 3:38 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, on CR 150W and CR 400N near Warsaw. Driver: Mitchell Purdy, 40, Lakeview Trail, Leesburg. Driver struck deer. Damage up to $5,000.
• 5:57 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, on SR 19, 2,000 feet of CR 200S, near Bourbon. Driver: Gregory Rohrer, 39, East North Street, Bourbon. Driver hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.
• 6:34 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, on South County Farm Road and CR 400S near Warsaw. Driver: Cynthia Montel, 57, CR 700S, Claypool. Driver struck deer. Damages up to $2,500.
• 6:55 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, on US 30, 200 feet of Van Ness Road. Driver: Russell Pigman, 54, CR 175E, Warsaw. Driver struck deer. Damage up to $10,000.
• 10:34 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, on CR 100E in a private drive. Driver: Jeri Pruitt, 49, Wellington Drive, Warsaw. Driver left the road, drove into a cattle pasture and hit a fence. Damages up to $35,000.
• 2:49 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, on SR 15 north of Hill Lake Road, near Claypool. Driver: Jesus Barrera, 28, Surf Drive, North Manchester. Driver struck deer. Damage up to $2,500.
• 6:52 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, on East Pierceton Road, west of East Washington Road, near Pierceton. Driver: Kaitlin Clibon, 22, CR 1100W, Mentone. Driver struck deer. Damage up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaws Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 2:13 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, on Old Road 30, 300 feet west of CR 300E, near Warsaw. Driver: Zina Jullerat, 56, Cr 700N, Larwill. Driver struck deer. Damage up to $10,000.
• 3:51 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, on US 30 and Meijer Drive in Warsaw. Driver: Brian Robertson, 42, CR 100S, Pierceton. Driver struck deer. Damage up to $10,000.
• 1:41 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, on US 30 in Warsaw. Drivers: Lauren Hall, 32, West Broadway Street, Etna Green; Gina Ramirez, 46, Main Street, Warsaw. Vehicles collided while one was pulling out of a parking spot at McAllister’s restaurant. Damages up to $5,000.
• 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, on Rozella Road in Warsaw. Driver: Pamela Hein, 57, CR 250S, Warsaw. Driver fell asleep and struck a curb. Damage up to $5,000.
• 3:22 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, on SR 25 and South Lake Street in Warsaw. Drivers: Christian Long, 17, Paxton Drive, Warsaw; Jason Miller, 45, Wildwood Trail, Warsaw. Vehicles collided as one was entering the highway. Damages up to  $10,000.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

6:22 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, on SR 13 at the entrance of a Family Express gas station. Driver: Dean Culbertson, 60, CR 1300N, Syracuse. Driver ran into a ditch as he was attempting to turn into the parking lot. Damage up to $5,000.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

• 7:23 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, North SR 17 and West SR 110, Culver. Driver: Michelle L. Fox, 38, Star City. Fox struck a deer with her vehicle.
• 8:19 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, North US 31 and East Lucas Street, Rochester. Driver: Shawna M. Walley, 35, Rochester. Walley struck a deer with her vehicle.
