WARSAW — A Warsaw man was recently arrested after dealing drugs to an undercover officer.

Jason Lee Finch, 49, 213 Canterbury Lane, Warsaw, is charged with dealing methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; two counts of dealing methamphetamine, both level 3 felonies; and possession of methamphetamine, a level 5 felony.

Sometime in June, the NET43 Drug Task Force purchased 3.3 grams of methamphetamine from Finch. Later that month, Finch spoke to an undercover officer about obtaining seven grams of methamphetamine in exchange for $210.

According to court documents, the officer met with Finch and said a woman would be coming to provide them with drugs.

Finch was previously convicted of dealing methamphetamine in February 2013 in Kosciusko County.

For this case, Finch was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Nov. 2.
