MENTONE – Bell Memorial Public Library is in need of donations for our hygiene cabinet.

Items needed for the hygiene cabinet are: Deodorant (guys and ladies) body wash, bar soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors (guys and ladies), feminine napkins (pads), tampons, combs & brushes, shaving cream, mouth wash, lotions, clothes all sizes (good condition), hats and gloves.

Story Hour

Parents are invited to meet at the library every Friday (except holidays and during our SRP) for Preschool story hour!  

Story hour is held in our Children’s Room and begins at 2:00 p.m. This is a FREE program for children 2 years – 6 years of age.  Children listen to a story and complete a craft project related to that week’s theme.  Story hour for Friday, November 11 will be all about Acorns.  Story being read are:  Acorns Everywhere by Kevin Sherry.  Activity will be making an acorn snack using Hersheys kisses and vanilla wafers.

Craft Night

Teen Craft Night will take place on Thursday, November 10 from 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in our Young Adult Room.  This is a FREE program for kids ages 13 – 18 years old.  All supplies needed will be provided at no cost.  For more information, please contact Natalie at 574-893-3200 or [email protected]
