ETNA GREEN — Mike Jensen was recently promoted to continuous improvement manager for Winona Powder Coating Inc.

Winona Powder Coating, Etna Green and Elkhart, is a leading provider of powder coating and e-coat services for a wide range of industries. Jensen started with Winona 19 years ago, hanging parts on the line. His supervisor saw potential, and he started working as an assistant supervisor in only a few months. A few months later, he became a full supervisor. While in that position, Jensen was promoted to the assistant plant manager position while also doing his same job as supervisor. He later became plant manager of the Etna Green plant.
