WARSAW — Over the past several months, Kosciusko County’s Narcotics Enforcement Team, NET43, conducted undercover operations and covert surveillance which resulted in the Kosciusko Courts issuing arrest warrants for several suspects on drug-related and other miscellaneous charges.

During the overnight hours of Wednesday, Nov. 2, and into Thursday, Nov. 3, NET43 executed related search warrants. With the assistance of the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Warsaw Police Department, Winona Lake Police Department, Nappanee Police Department, Indiana State Police, Claypool Police Department and Mentone Police Department, the following individuals were arrested:

Ronald Lee Bailey, 54, Claypool
Charges: possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony; and possession of a narcotic drug with enhancing circumstances, a level 5 felony

Joshua Bryan Puckett, 38, Claypool
Charge: possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony

Marinel Lynn Gilliam, 27, Warsaw
Charges: two counts of driving while suspended, both class A misdemeanors

Jonathan Charles, 39, Warsaw
Charges: dealing methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony

Jeremy Ray Cole, 42, Syracuse
Charges: dealing methamphetamine, a level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a level 3 felony; dealing marijuana in excess of 30 grams and possession of marijuana – sentence enhancement, both level 6 felonies; and possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor

Larry Shane Cravens, 39, Wabash
Charges: dealing methamphetamine, a level 3 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a level 5 felony

Kaleb Michael Greenwood, 26, Warsaw
Charges: dealing marijuana, a class A misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor

Jason Todd Whitaker, 36, Warsaw
Charges: possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, both level 6 felonies; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor

Henry Michael Hartley, 50, Warsaw
Charges: strangulation and domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, both level 6 felonies; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor

Cherish R. Heckaman, 37, Warsaw
Charges: possession of a syringe and possession of methamphetamine, both level 6 felonies

Blake Lance Hughes, 32, Silver Lake
Charge: invasion of privacy, a class A misdemeanor

Hanna Leann Oliver, 22, Columbia City
Charges: possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and operating while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor

Tommy Lee McKinney, 48, Warsaw
Charges: possession of methamphetamine and possession of a narcotic drug, both level 6 felonies; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor

Abigail Lee Pifer, 46, Winona Lake
Charge: maintaining a common nuisance, a level 6 felony

Larry L. Rose, 68, Syracuse
Charges: possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor

Jason Lee Finch, 49, Warsaw
Charges: dealing methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; conspiring to commit dealing in methamphetamine and dealing methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, both level 3 felonies; and possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a level 5 felony

Shauna Lynn Gibson, 33, Warsaw
Charges: possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor

Christopher T. Fowler, 49, Warsaw
Charges: possession of methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug, and possession of a syringe, all level 6 felonies; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor

Danny Leonard Roberts Jr., 30, Milford
Charges: possession of a narcotic drug and possession of a syringe, both level 6 felonies

Nathaniel Phillip Trott, 29, Leesburg
Charges: dealing a narcotic drug with enhancing circumstances, a level 4 felony; possession of a narcotic drug with enhancing circumstances and trafficking with an inmate, both level 5 felonies

Joshua Ryan Bowser, 38, Warsaw
Charges: possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe, both level 6 felonies

Richard Alonza Howard, 43, Pierceton
Charges: two counts of driving while suspended, both class A misdemeanors

Dustin Thomas Rose, 33, Mentone
Charges: possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia and violation of special driving privileges, both class C misdemeanors
