Bryan M. “Tex” Mitschelen, 40, Elkhart, died at 11:44 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka.

Bryan was born June 4, 1982.

Bryan is survived by his mother and stepfather, Candace (Kevin) Campbell, Mishawaka; his father and stepmother, Jeffery (Donna) Mitschelen, Goshen; his children, Jonathan Mitschelen and Aviendha Mitschelen, both of Middlebury; his fiancée, Kari Elliott, Elkhart; his sister, Kimberly Mitschelen, Nappanee; his stepsister, Maureen Donovan (Karl Teskey), Vancouver, Wash.; his two brothers, Richard (Jessica) Mitschelen, Niles, Mich. and Christopher Mitschelen, Indianapolis; his stepbrother Sean (Sara) Donovan, Elkhart; and the mother of his children Rodesha Wildrick, Middlebury.
