• 7:23 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, 1000 block of West Olson Road, Rochester. Report of a drone circling the area.
• 8:35 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, 5000 block of North CR 675E, Rochester. Report of fraud.
