Kosciusko County
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:
- 6:44 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, North CR 250E, south of East CR 550N, Leesburg. Driver: Tyler G. Larrew, 30, East Evergreen Drive, Warsaw. Larrew was traveling north on North CR 250E when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
- 3:19 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19, East Center Street, near South Park Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Lucina D. Collins, 32, South Detroit Street Apartment 360, Warsaw; and Stephanie S. Roberts, 45, West Dawn Drive, Silver Lake. Collins was traveling north on South Park Avenue and stopped at the stop sign on Center Street. While entering the intersection, Collins’ vehicle hit Roberts’. Collins complained of head pain and was treated at the scene. Roberts complained of upper left shoulder pain and received treatment at the scene. Damage up to $10,000.
- 11:40 a.m. Monday, Sept. 19, North Parker Street, near Husky Trail, Warsaw. Drivers: Linda S. Needler, 73, East Ponderosa Drive, North Webster; and Reine Fisher, 58, EMS B37 Lane 73, Warsaw. Needler was traveling southeast on Husky Trail and was turning right when she hit Fisher’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
- 5:18 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 18, East US 30, east of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Rosa M. Caballero, 23, North Madison Street 1/2, Evansville, Wis.; and Varinder P. Singh, 24, 120th Street 2, Richmond Hill, N.Y. Caballero was traveling east on East US 30 in the left lane when she quickly merged into the right lane. As she did so, she was rear-ended by Singh’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
