Warsaw Woman, 68, Faces Meth Dealing Charges

WARSAW — An affidavit of probable cause has provided more information on a Warsaw woman who dealt drugs to undercover officers three times.
Donna Marie Anderson, 68, 2441 W. 250S Lot 105, Warsaw, is charged with four counts of dealing methamphetamine, all level 2 felonies; four counts of possession of methamphetamine, all level 4 felonies; maintaining a common nuisance, a level 6 felony; and four counts of possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, all level 3 felonies.
Sometime between Aug. 1 and 16, the NET43 Drug Task Force made a controlled purchase of 14.4 grams of methamphetamine from Anderson. Between Aug. 16 and Sept. 1, NET43 purchased 14.5 grams of methamphetamine from Anderson.
NET43 also made a controlled purchase of 15.8 grams of methamphetamine from Anderson between Sept. 1 and 8. All of the controlled purchases were captured on digital surveillance.
On Sept. 8, NET43 obtained a search warrant for Anderson’s residence in Hideaway Hills Mobile Home Park. In the home, officers found Johnathon W. Rusher, 21; Brianna L. Rusher, 18; Douglas K. Story, 53; and Anderson all living there.
In the Rushers’ bedroom, officers found drug paraphernalia with marijuana residue and three vape pens. Officers found a smoking pipe with fentanyl residue, two marijuana cigarettes, and a vape pen in Story’s bedroom.
In Anderson’s bedroom, officers found 11.5 grams of methamphetamine, drug ledgers, two scales, three smoking devices, two syringes, cash and a variety of marijuana products.
Anderson was previously convicted of dealing in a schedule IV controlled substance in September 2015 in Kosciusko County.
For this case, Anderson was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Sept. 8, with a $25,500 surety and cash bond.
