Jerry Moog

GARY — A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a man from Gary.

The Gary Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Jerry Moog, a 60-year-old white man who is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He is balding and has brown hair and brown eyes. Jerry was last seen wearing gray pants with no shirt and no shoes.

Jerry is missing from Gary, which is 150 miles northwest of Indianapolis, and was last seen at 3:15 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 13. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
