KCCVB Launches Adventure Challenge Passport
News Release
WARSAW — The Kosciusko County Convention and Visitors Bureau has launched the Adventure Challenge Passport, the latest in a series of free, digital passports called the Engage Kosciusko Digital Passport Program.
The Adventure Challenge includes 14 of the top tourist attractions in Kosciusko County. By digitally checking in at all 14 locations, passholders can earn a free Kosciusko County t-shirt. T-shirts come in a variety of colors and sizes while supplies last.
This challenge passport is designed to guide visitors to the top attractions in each community in Kosciusko County and to offer an opportunity to residents to be tourists in their hometown. It is joining four other passports KCCVB has created, including the Trail Blazer Challenge, Public Art Trail Challenge, Sipping Trail Savings Passport and Taco Trail Savings Passport.
The passports are divided into two categories: challenge passports, which allow users to earn prizes by checking in at locations and savings passports, which include local businesses who offer discounts to passport users.
The Adventure Challenge Passport includes the following locations: Dixie Sternwheeler Tour Boat, the Village at Winona, the Mentone Egg, Warsaw Cut Glass, Syracuse-Wawasee Museum, Pilcher’s Shoes, Whetstone Woodenware, Downtown Pierceton, Etna Green Museum, Winona History Center, Warsaw Biblical Gardens, the Fairy Garden at Himalayan Salt and Scents, Old Jail Museum and Oakwood Resort Tour Boat.
“Kosciusko County has so many hidden gems to explore. This challenge offers the chance to go experience these adventures and is fun regardless of whether you are brand new to the area or a longtime resident,” said KCCVB’s Marketing and Communications Manager Laura Rothhaar.
