Rachael Deboard

WARSAW — A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a Warsaw woman.

The Warsaw Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Rachael Deboard, a 50-year-old white woman who is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Rachael was last seen wearing a white/green tie-dye shirt, grey sweatpants and black slides.

Rachael is missing from Warsaw and was last seen at 1 p.m. Monday, July 25. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
