Kosciusko Health Department Offers Back-To-School Immunizations
News Release
WARSAW — As part of the Indiana Department of Health’s Start Smart campaign, the Kosciusko County Health Department is offering children’s back-to-school immunizations.
Indiana school children going into kindergarten, sixth grade and 12th grade are required to receive age-specific immunizations before school starts this fall. Immunizations, or vaccinations, are tested to ensure they are safe and effective for children to receive at the recommended ages.
The immunization clinic is available from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1:15-4 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday throughout the year, at the Kosciusko County Health Department, K21 Pavilion, 1515 Provident Drive., Suite 160, Warsaw.
