Holcomb Directs Flags To Be Flown At Half-Staff For Abe

INDIANAPOLIS – Gov. Eric Holcomb is directing flags in the State of Indiana to be flown at half-staff in honor and remembrance of former Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe.
Per President Biden’s order, flags should be flown at half-staff immediately until sunset, Sunday, July 10.
Gov. Holcomb is asking businesses and residents in Indiana to lower their flags.
Abe died after being shot during an outdoor campaign event on Friday, July 8, in Japan.
