Richard Charles Smith, 45, Goshen, died Monday, July 4, 2022.

He was born Dec. 18, 1976.

He is survived by his parents, Jerry and Ellen Smith; his children Alyssa Lynn (Jason Hardacre) Smith, Warsaw and Michael Alan Joseph Smith, Goshen; a grandson; his fiancée, Christy Ratliff and her son, James, Ligonier; a sister, Candice Ann (William Borntrager) Smith; and a grandmother, Ruth Leatherman, Goshen.
