Warsaw Woman Accused Of Selling Meth

WARSAW — A Warsaw woman was recently arrested after dealing 14 grams of methamphetamine to undercover officers.
Amanda Nadene Perkins, 33, 216 E. Market St., Warsaw, is charged with dealing methamphetamine, a level 2 felony; dealing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine, both level 4 felonies; dealing methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances and possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, both level 3 felonies; possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a level 5 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony.
Sometime between Nov. 1, 2021, and Nov. 15, 2021, the Marshall County Drug Task Force purchased 3.5 grams of methamphetamine from Perkins.
According to court documents, sometime between Nov. 15, 2021, and Nov. 30, 2021, Marshall County Drug Task Force purchased 11.1 grams of methamphetamine from Perkins.
Both controlled purchases occurred in Kosciusko County and were captured on digital surveillance.
Perkins was previously convicted of dealing methamphetamine in December 2017 in Kosciusko County. At the time of these November 2021 incidents, Perkins was on pretrial release for a methamphetamine dealing and possession case. This was the result of an alleged shoplifting investigation at the Warsaw Walgreens.
Perkins also has a pending criminal mischief charge for alleged damage she caused to the Kosciusko County Jail on April 5.
For the November 2021 dealing incidents, Perkins was booked in KCJ on June 9, with a $26,000 surety and cash bond.
