WARSAW — Over the past several months, the Kosciusko County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET43) conducted undercover operations and covert surveillance which resulted in the Kosciusko Courts issuing arrest warrants for several suspects on drug-related and other miscellaneous charges.

During the overnight hours of Wednesday, June 8; and into Thursday, June 9, NET43 executed “Operation Summer Thunder.” With the assistance of the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Warsaw Police Department, Winona Lake Police Department, Nappanee Police Department, Indiana State Police, Claypool Police Department, Marshall County Police Narcotics and Milford Police Department, search warrants were executed.

The following people were arrested:

• Jeremy Ray Cole, 42, Syracuse
  Charges: dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine
• Jessica Lee Johnson, 46, Warsaw
  Charges: dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia
• Scotty Joe Whitaker, 42, Silver Lake
  Charges: two counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug
• Codie Lee Pierce, 30, Claypool
  Charges: dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine
• Michael Allen Schuh Jr., 39, Milford
  Charges: dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine
• Benson R. Netherland II, 49, Warsaw
  Charges: possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia
  Also served warrant for probation violation on an escape case
• Cameron Porter Raffield, 20, Milford
