WINONA LAKE – The Memorial Day weekend will affect trash and recycling pickup in Warsaw and  Winona Lake.

In Warsaw, those who normally have trash and recycling on Monday will see it happen on Tuesday.

In Winona Lake, trash and recycling pickup will be on Friday, June 3, rather than Thursday.

As is the case with most government offices, most departments in Warsaw and Winona Lake will be closed Monday, May 30.
