Officers with the Claypool Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 6:45 a.m. Tuesday, May 24, East CR 800S, east of South CR 400E, Claypool. Drivers: Brock V. Ostrom, 71, East CR 900S, Claypool; and Chase M. Flenar, 38, South CR 350E, Warsaw. Ostrom was backing vehicle north to turn onto CR 800S when he backed his vehicle into Flenar’s. Damage up to $5,000.

Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 6:06 p.m. Monday, May 23, East CR 100N, south of North CR 225E, Warsaw. Driver: Eric P. Lopez, 20, East CR 200N 213, Warsaw. Lopez was traveling east on East CR 100N when his vehicle overturned, hitting a utility pole head-on. Lopez complained of facial and neck pain. He was treated by medics at the scene. Damage up to $10,000.
• 8:54 a.m. Friday, May 20, South SR 25, north of West CR 200S, Warsaw. Drivers: Janita A. Stinson, 79, West CR 200S, Kewanna; and Terry J. Swick, 30, Dot Street, Warsaw. Stinson’s vehicle rear-ended Swick’s while Swick was attempting to turn left into a driveway. No injuries were reported in the accident. Damage up to $10,000.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 2:25 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, West Allen Street, east of North Mullen Street, Syracuse. Driver: Martin J. Patrick, 34, North Hitler Street, Kimmell. Patrick was backing his vehicle when he hit a parked, unoccupied vehicle. Damage up to $1,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 10:53 a.m. Wednesday, May 25, North Buffalo Street, near East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Ashlyn S. Blocher, 20, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw; and Shauna E. Perkins, 41, East Sycamore Street, Silver Lake. Blocher was traveling west on East Center Street and was unable to stop at a red light when she hit Perkins’ vehicle. Perkins complained of slight neck pain but refused treatment at the scene. Damage up to $2,500.
• 9:01 a.m. Wednesday, May 25, East Prairie Street, near South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Alicia L. Gordon, 20, East Market Street, Warsaw; and Kenton L. Blacksten, 36, Brubaker Street, Warsaw. Gordon was traveling north on South Buffalo Street and was attempting to turn east onto East Prairie Street when she hit Blacksten’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
• 3:09 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, South McClellan Street, near Pope Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Anne B. Duross, 63, Westwood Road, Winona Lake; and Esmeralda I. Martinez, 23, South McClellan Street, Warsaw. Duross was traveling north on South McClellan Street when she backed her vehicle into Martinez’s. Damage up to $5,000.
• 1:32 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, West CR 300N, near North SR 15, Warsaw. Drivers: Amanda J. Martin, 38, Cedar Road, Bourbon; and Sharisa L. Hively, 53, East Clark Street, Warsaw. Martin was traveling east on West CR 300N when she rear-ended Hively’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
