Sign-Up For Bell Library’s SRP Starts June 2

MENTONE — Sign-up for Bell Memorial Public Library of Mentone’s 2022 summer reading program starts Thursday, June 2.
The theme is Oceans of Possibilities. It runs from Monday, June 6, to Friday, July 15. It’s free and open to all ages, and prizes will be awarded.
All activities are free for anyone wishing to participate. They include Family Fun Fridays in the makers’ space and Movie Wednesdays in the YA Room, including an interactive movie.
Craft kits will be available each week for children to do in-house or take home, and outdoor activities will be planned for all ages.

Other activities
Seniors (ages 55 and older) are invited to attend Movie Monday at the Library on Monday, May 16.
The movie will begin at 1 p.m. in the large conference room. It is a Hallmark film called “You Had Me at Aloha” starring Pascale Hutton and Kavan Smith.
The movie is rated PG. Popcorn and water will be provided free for anyone wishing to attend. Please contact Billie at 574-893-3200 for more information.
Teen Book Club will meet from 4:30-6 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, in the Young Adult Room. Any teen interested in joining should contact Natalie at 574-893-3200.
