Jerry L. Insley, 77, Churubusco, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Kingston Care Center, Fort Wayne.

He was born on April 23, 1944, in Wolf Lake.

He was married to Sandy Franklin in Churubusco on April 18, 1964.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 58 years: Sandy Insley; his two children: Trey Insley and Shannon (Jay) Merkel; his five grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother: Phil Insley.
